Herradura Tequila Dinner on March 12th

Maya is thrilled to be welcoming Ruben Aceves, Director of Herradura International Brand Development - one of Mexico’s most historic and renowned tequila producers - on Saturday, March 12th for a special Tequila Tasting & Dinner featuring six of Herradura’s 100% blue agave tequilas, including two bottles of Maya’s signature blend.
This exclusive evening will feature a special Mexican menu created by Maya Executive Chef Kevin Delonay, including:
- Tlacoyo de Cordero – Braised lamb with jicama salad & chile morita
- Diver Scallop al Pastor – with wheat esquites, epazote and Serrano peppers
- A Trio de Chorizo – verde, blanco and rojo with tortillas and salsa arbol
- Carne Asada – a dry-aged New York Strip with coriander, frijoles puercos and nopales
- Trio de Nieves – Garrafa with mamey, limon and fresa
Each dish will be paired with Herradura tequila and introduced by Aceves, who serves as the Global Brand Ambassador for the 140-year-old Casa Herradura.

The event begins at 6 p.m. in the Maya Tequila Lounge and is $75 per person.
