Steps from the Millennium Bridge in the heart of Denver's RiverFront Park neighborhood, La Biblioteca comes to Denver by way of internationally-recognized Chef Richard Sandoval. Modeled after Chef's esteemed New York City concept, "the Library of Tequila," serves up a collection of his personal favorite tequila selections and a menu of Latin-Asian chef inspired cuisine ranging from sushi, wok dishes to carefully-curated small plates, tacos, and salads.

Boasting one of the largest collections of tequilas, mezcals, and agave spirits in the nation, with over 350 to choose from, La Biblioteca is intimate, with a hint of mystery. Bottles align the walls — all organized in categories — and serve to support our library theme. You'll find tequilas aged anywhere from seven days to 25 years, and we're betting you'll taste one you like.

As the evening ages, the tequila library transitions into a high-energy late-night lounge where you'll "check-out" bottles of tequila instead of books and have them stored in your personal locker to sip on upon your return. Happy hour, dinner, viewing the game, late night cocktails- the Biblioteca experience is yours.
