The Commissary

Tucked inside the Downtown Grand hotel in the new metropolitan center of Downtown Las Vegas, the Commissary Latin Kitchen by Richard Sandoval is a unique dining experience from the internationally acclaimed chef who has positioned three different cuisine concepts, all within the same eatery. The space features reclaimed wood, high back leather chairs, and a 140-seat patio for enjoying the heart of downtown Las Vegas.

The foodie destination features service counters where guests will choose from house-made, fresh ingredients including:
1) Artisan Latin inspired sandwiches (tortas), salads, soups;
2) Selection of uniquely crafted burgers & hand-crafted milk shakes
3) Rotisserie featuring Chef Sandoval’s special spice rub chicken,12 hour smoked brisket, tacos and burritos.

In addition to these distinctive food flavor profiles, the dining area also boasts a Lavazza Coffee Café, serving world-class coffee drinks, made-to-order crepes, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt-granola parfaits and an amazing selection of artisanal gelato flavors.
