Guests will rediscover classics, such as taqueria-style tacos made with soft, corn tortillas and flavorful fillings such as chicken tinga and adobo marinated pork. At La Sandia, Chef Sandoval enhances Mexican cooking with the finest authentic and local market ingredients. Dishes such as the Beef & Chorizo Empanadas and Huitlacoche & Mushroom Quesadillas reflect his creative use of ingredients.
With over 100 varieties, La Sandia’s Tequila Bar showcases the diversity of Mexican tequila. House- infused tequilas and tequila flights are also available. The cocktail menu features Latin cocktails, including Tropical Fruit Margaritas, Mojitos and Sangria, as well as a selection of Mexican beers.
